I. PRICES
- Prices are quoted per person in US dollars, subject to variation without prior notice.
- Regular prices may not apply during special dates or events, such as: festivals or special regional, religious days, congresses, Easter, Labor Day, All Saints’ Day, Christmas and New Years.
II. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
- Information needed for reservations: Passengers must send the following information: 1) Full name as in the passport. 2) Passport number. 3) Date of birth. 4) Nationality. 5) Type of room accommodation (single, double or triple room). 6) Special indications (food restrictions, allergies, special notes, etc.). 7) International flights with the locator code of the airline.
- All reservations are subject to availability, in case there is no availability in a certain hotel, train or service on a certain date, we will present you an equivalent proposal.
- Only with the advance payment we can definitively confirm the required service. The payment dates will depend on the season and the type of itinerary, the payment term will be informed in the quote.
III. PAYMENTS

IV. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
- All paid reservations have cancellation costs. The amount to be refunded is subject to the policies of each provider and it might not apply. This information will be sent in detail in each quote before the confirmation is done.
V. TAX EXEMPTION
- Foreign visitors (non-residents) are exempt from paying the local General Sales Tax for the concept of accommodation and food in the hotels where they stay. The only valid document to make this exemption effective is the passport (DNI accepted for some South American countries as well) with the entry stamp not exceeding 60 days of stay. Our quotes already include this exemption. If you do not qualify for this exemption granted to Foreign visitors with less than 60 days of stay, then there will be a surcharge on the sale amount for local tax.
VI. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
- Festi Travels will do everything possible to solve any type of inconvenience that our passengers face during the development of their trip. However, it is not responsible for delays, losses, damages caused to our passengers or their property, caused by delays or schedule changes for airlines, trains, buses, boats, or any other means of transportation; as well as strikes, social conflicts, weather conditions, document problems, visas, vaccinations or any other reason beyond the control of Festi Travels.
